Amsterdam BeatClub

Amsterdam BeatClub (est. 2003, produced by Ir. Vendermeulen) is known for promoting the ultracool music of the fifties and sixties era. It is inspired by The Beat Generation Jazz, Alan Freed's 50's Big Beat, 60's Beat Culture and early tv shows like 'Beat Club' & 'The !!!! Beat'. Many clubnights and festivals are organized at different venues and apart from deejays & live-music the parties often feature Go-Go Dancers, Burlesque performers, sideshows and cult veejay-visuals.

Expect an un-Beat-able Cocktail of the very best Vintage Music!
Greasy Soul, Sleazy Rhythm ‘n Blues, Frantic Rock ‘n Roll, Swingin' Sixties Sounds, Mod-Jazz, Beat, Boogaloo, Twist à-GoGo, Garage Punk, FreakBeat, YéYé, Exotica, Finger Poppin' Popcorn, Ska, Surf, Big Band Jive and Cool Cover versions.

With a heavy organ, smooth sax, grooving guitar, fat bass & funky drums, The Skepticals play a mix of various styles: boogaloo, New Orleans, mod-jazz, spy-fi and rhythm 'n blues. The repertoire mostly consists of original compositions, in which sometimes the eerie theremin is used. Two tracks were released on vinyl: 'DIABOLIK' (Tardam Records / AcidJazz) and 'CHILLS' (Amsterdam BeatClub vol.3, Sonic Rendezvous). This swinging quintet has the Skeps edge.. Sho 'Nuff!

The Wyld Gooms from Los Angeles are BACK at ABC where they totally blew the roof off in May 2023! They are the new graveyard rockers on the block. The Wyld Gooms are loud, aggressive and in your face, with snarling guitar tones, snotty vocals and overdriven Farfisa organ. It's a sound that's sure to please any primitive punk rock n roller. They released a couple of collectable garage 45's and their single 'Thinkin' Bout You' was featured on the hit album 'Amsterdam BeatClub, the Best Place to Go! Go! vol.3"! ..it's a Wyld time you don't want to miss!

Rhythm 'n Blues, Soul, Rock 'n Roll!

Gizzelle (Los Angeles, CA) her first release on 45rpm "Baby Please Don't Go" was released in 2005 on the famous WILD RECORDS label. This record, with CC Jerome from the Savoys on guitar, received rave reviews in both the Rock 'n Roll world and the Soul-scene and fast become a collector's item. Her debut album "Devil or Angel" contained a mix of 50's R'nB, 60's Soul and pure Rock 'n Roll. Other releases include the beautiful "I'm a Good Woman" on 45rpm and the album "Rhythm & Soul". Gizzelle is blessed with one of the best voices in the scene and she knows how to captivate the audience like no other. After her succesful concert in 2022 she is now returning to Amsterdam BeatClub for another great rockin' soul show, backed by the fantastic Savoys!

¡¡Two Mexican Garage Punk Bands!!

Los Intrusos (MEX, 60's garage punk)

Los Intrusos started in 2015 in the eastern area from the state of Mexico. They have a passion for primitive music, distorted sounds, broke down organ and lyrics that talk about the daily life of their homeland, throwing everything together in hi-energy shows. They've played their wild gigs, full of screams, lack of control and reckless lyrics, at many Mexican clubs and festivals. The band is influenced by garage bands such as The Nomads, The Mono Men, The Fuzztones, Lyres, among others from the proto-punk that emerged in the 60's and the underground wave of the 80's. They released a single titled "She will not return" and a full-length album titled "Delirium Tremens" which contained two other 45's: "Delirium Tremens" & "Nocturna".

Ugly Miss Piggy (Original Trash City Rockers)

Ugly Miss Piggy (Música Para Locos Records) are the hard-hitting and merciless Rock 'n' Roll Punk band featuring five heartless natives of Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico!! They are the Original Trash City Rockers that play violent music with an overload of lo-fi fuzz since 2009!!! The real Rock'n'roll Punk de México! Have you ever imagined what Gluecifer would sound like with Polo Pepo on vocals? ..Find out now!!!
